Who's Who The Terrorist Edition: Anwar al-Awlaki

Ph.D HR Development, George Washington Univ. (enrolled 2001, unsure if he completed his studies)
Employer: Iman University (Believed to be on a Sabbatical with AQAP)
Career Highlights: 9/11 Commission reports; He met hijackers Khalid al Midhar and Nawaf al Hamzi while al-Awlaki was an Imam at Rabat Mosque in San Diego. While an Imam at the Dar Al Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church VA, he met with hijackers Nawaf al Hamzi again and Hani Hanjour. The 9/11 Commission's investigation found Anwar al-Awlaki was most likely their spiritual advisor. He was Vice President of the Charitable Society for Social Welfare (CSSW). CSSW was founded by Yemeni Sheikh Abdul Majeed al Zindani, and is a known front for funneling money to Islamic Terrorists. His radical lectures are known to have provided encouragement and justification for the Canadian terror plot in Ontario, the Fort Dix terror plot, al Shabaab, Nidal Hassan, and Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. In January 2009, He authored "44 Ways to Support Jihad".
Family: He has one and they say he survived the Dec 24 attack.
Address: If alive, he is currently looking for a new home in the Shabwa or Mareb provinces in Yemen.
Assessment Summary: As long as Anwar al-Awlaki is alive, he will continue to provide encouragement and justification for radical Islamic terrorists through websites such as Myspace and Facebook. He is a true force multiplier for Al Qaeda's movement.
